Refund & Cancellation Policy – MM HOLIDAYS HOSPITALITY
At MM HOLIDAYS HOSPITALITY, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible.
1. Cancellation by the Customer:
- More than 30 days before travel date: 90% refund after deducting administrative charges.
- 15 to 29 days before travel date: 50% refund after deducting applicable charges.
- Less than 15 days before travel date: No refund applicable.
- No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
2. Cancellation by MM HOLIDAYS HOSPITALITY:
In the rare event we cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or can opt for a rescheduled tour or credit voucher.
3. Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed and credited within 7 to 14 working days via the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Components:
Visa fees, insurance, service charges, flight tickets (once issued), or other government/non-government levies are non-refundable.
5. Changes to the Booking:
Date changes or itinerary modifications may be allowed based on supplier policies and subject to availability.
