These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by MM HOLIDAYS HOSPITALITY. By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following:
1. Booking & Payment:
A minimum deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be made as per the tour package timeline. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of non-payment.
2. Tour Inclusions & Exclusions:
Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in each tour package. Any additional personal expenses such as shopping, tips, meals not included in the itinerary, etc., are to be borne by the traveler.
3. Travel Insurance:
We recommend all travelers to opt for comprehensive travel insurance. MM HOLIDAYS HOSPITALITY shall not be held responsible for any medical emergencies, losses, or delays.
4. Itinerary & Changes:
Itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, availability, or other conditions beyond our control. MM HOLIDAYS HOSPITALITY will make every effort to provide similar alternatives.
5. Responsibility & Liability:
MM HOLIDAYS HOSPITALITY acts as an intermediary for hotels, transport, and activity providers. We are not liable for any delays, accidents, or mishaps beyond our direct control.
6. Code of Conduct:
We expect respectful behavior from all guests. Any misconduct can result in removal from the tour without refund.
